1. What SajuSis is

SajuSis (“SajuSis,” “we,” “us,” accessible at sajusis.com) is a web application that computes and displays a reading based on Korean Four Pillars (Saju) astrology, using the birth date, birth time, and birth place you provide. Saju readings, compatibility reports, and daily forecasts are offered for entertainment purposes only. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice, and you should not treat them as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Do not make medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions based solely on content from SajuSis.

2. Eligibility

SajuSis is intended for users aged 14 and older. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use SajuSis with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. SajuSis does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 — see our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Your account and your data

SajuSis does not require you to create an account to generate a reading. The birth date, birth time, and birth place you enter are used to calculate your chart on your device and are stored in your browser’s local storage (localStorage). Unless stated otherwise on a specific feature, this data is not transmitted to or stored on our servers. Because it lives in your browser, it will be lost if you clear your browser data, switch browsers or devices, or use a different browser profile — SajuSis cannot recover it for you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth information you enter and for anyone else’s birth information you choose to enter (e.g., for a compatibility reading).

4. Purchases, subscriptions, and tokens

SajuSis plans to offer optional paid features, including one-time reports, token bundles, and/or subscriptions (“Paid Features”). Paid Features are not yet connected to a live payment processor as of the date above; pricing, billing terms, and refund terms will be presented at the time a Paid Feature is purchasable and will be governed by this section as updated. In general:

Prices are shown before purchase and are charged in the currency and amount displayed at checkout, processed by a third-party payment provider.
Tokens and one-time report purchases are generally non-refundable once the associated content has been generated or unlocked, except where required by applicable law.
Subscriptions, once available, will renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of the current billing period.
We may offer refunds or credits at our discretion, or where required by the law of your jurisdiction (for example, statutory withdrawal or cooling-off rights).

5. Advertising

SajuSis is, or intends to be, supported in part by advertising served through Google AdSense and/or similar ad networks. Advertisements are provided by third parties, and we do not control their content. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are used and how to opt out of personalized advertising.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use SajuSis for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to SajuSis or its underlying systems.
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access SajuSis at a volume or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
Misrepresent a reading generated by SajuSis as professional advice when redistributing it.

7. Intellectual property

The SajuSis name, logo, design, software, interpretive text, and blog content are owned by SajuSis or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may share individual readings generated for your own personal, non-commercial use (for example, a screenshot on social media). You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from SajuSis’s software, design, or editorial content without our prior written permission.

8. Third-party content and celebrity references

Where SajuSis’s blog discusses public figures, it relies solely on publicly reported birth dates for editorial and entertainment commentary. SajuSis does not store celebrity photos, likenesses, or non-public personal data, and such commentary does not imply an endorsement, affiliation, or relationship between SajuSis and the person discussed.

9. Disclaimers

SajuSis is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that SajuSis will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reading is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Saju is a traditional interpretive framework, not a scientifically validated predictive method.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SajuSis and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of SajuSis, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example as Paid Features launch. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of SajuSis after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your home jurisdiction provides otherwise. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of SajuSis will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Korea, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
